Your personal login to Gazette is protected by state of the art two-way security. Unlike most other systems, no passwords are ever sent “in the clear” (making it next to impossible for your access codes to be cracked). Even the Gazette programmers don’t know, and cannot use your password!

Gazette Publications come in five prebuilt modules.

• Periodicals - for the likes of regular daily news, weekly emails, monthly print magazines, or annual reports.
• Blogs - and not just for online journals, either. Gazette’s weblog publications can allow third-party contributions direct into your other publications or web site from columnists, or from particular groups of subscribers.
• Directories - for product and service directories, membership lists, collections of downloadable files. The possibilities are endless, and the collections are searchable and sortable.
• Schedules - allow you to publish industry events and calendars, or manage conference sessions for attendees.
• Email Publications - for regular delivery of email newsletters and email alerts to subscribers, or building email lists of potential customers for your products.

Gazette makes it easy to store, share, and reuse digital assets. Upload files from your hard drive, and they’re instantly available for use in all your publications. Place charts and photos (GIF, JPEG, PNG) into your web pages and email newsletters. Create collections of press releases, PDF reports, or Word documents. And you can specify who views or downloads any of your files - when combined with an e-commerce module, it’s a simple way to make new uses for existing resources.

All Your Industry Contacts in One Place

From day one, you start gathering and organizing information about your particular industry. Gazette gives you three “industry information databases” to start with - People, Organizations, and Keywords. Upload photos and corporate logos, link companies with their key employees, add contact addresses, phone numbers, email, and web links.
